Too many activations for photoshop elements 13

Question

I cannot use Photoshop Elements 13.  I get a message saying I have too many activations.  I don't have access to the previous computers on which it was installed and I see no way on Adobe's website to deactive the previous installs.  I contacted Adobe Support and was told I had to post my problem in this forum.  Can the relevant support team please help me?

Suggest that you call Adobe again. Hopefully you will get another functionary. Make clear to the agent that you do not need help with use of the software, just with activation. Be peristent, and if necessary ask that the call be escalated to a suprevisor.
