Topaz not working as Plugin in Photshop Elements 2023

I have a problem with Topaz Photo AI as a Plugin in Photoshop Elements 2023.

It worked when Topaz was originally installed but now doesn't. I have reinstallled Topaz and manually installed the link file into the Photoshop Elements Plugin folder. Has anyone else seen this problem and got a solution?
