TOPAZ PLUGIN

I have PSE 2021 and each time I start the program I have to reload either Topaz Sharpen AI or DeNoise AI  or both???  They do not automatically load as they did when I first got PSE 2021?

What do you mean when you say you have to reload the plug-ins?
Do they appear in the Filter menu?

Go to Help>System Info . . . and see whether there are any problems with plug-ins noted at the end of the dialog.
