Unfortunately, Photoshop Elements does not support Turkish.  If you are using a different language version of Elements and wish to use Turkish to ask a question here, the translation feature of the forum allows you to do so.  I used it to understand your question.  Hopefully, you will be able to use it to understand my reply.
