How to move adobe photoshop elements 2023 to a new computer windows 11 frpm 2009 Windows 10 updated from windows 8. Deactivate one on old computer and add to new faster computer.

I'm not exactly sure what your question is but here is a full Adobe HelpX article about moving your Elements catalog from one computer to another. You are allowed to install Elements on two computers, so it should not be necessary to deactivate one before installing the other.
