Transferring catalog from Photoshop Elements 11 to Photoshop Elements 2025

I have Photoshop Elements 11 on an older Windows 10 laptop with a ton of photos tagged in my catalog. I just purchased a new (finally!) laptop running Windows 11, and plan to install Photoshop Elements 2025 on it. My question: What is the best/safest way to migrate the PSE-11 catalog on my old Win-10 computer into the PSE-2025 catalog on my new Win-11 computer?

My plan is to create a backup of my catalog using the PSE-11 backup tool, then restore that backup into PSE-2025 on my new computer. Does that sound like the way to do this?
