transferring tags from Photoshop Abum 2.0 to PSE 2020 on different PCs

I have used Photoshop Alum 2.0 on an old Windows 7 PC for years and have created many of my own tags. I am now upgrading to Elements 2020 on a new Windows 10 laptop. My photos are stored on an external hard drive. How can I transfer my tags from Abum 2.0 on the PC to PSE 2020 on a new Laptop. Thanks
