Transfers from PSE 12 to PSE 2025 and from Windows 10 to 11

How do I recapture my lost albums? I have thie images, but can't use the Organizer features on the clusters of images.

You have to convert your PSE 12 catalog to Elements 2025.  If you give more details about how you converted from Win 10 to Win 11 and/or copied your files to a new computer, I can give you more details about how to do this.
