Trial download of elements 15, organizer opens but not editor

I have elements 12 installed and downloaded the trial version of elements 15. I started using the organizer and then tried to open the editor but it won't open. I closed the program and tried to open the editor 1st but it still will open. I would appreciate any help, thanks in advance

    Could you please share the platform details? Also if you could remember, if you saw any error screen while installing Elements 15?

    Thanks for your reply however I went to Adobe and contacted chat for support and the problem is now solved.
