tried to print on previously running Elements 14 pgm error msg

"there was an error opening your printer.  Printing function will not be avail until you have selected a printer and reopen any Doc"  Couldn't find how to change default printer.

Tried a Quick Edit - Lighting received error " Cannot complete request because Active  Layer  is empty"

Tried another error and received msg not enough storage

I uninstalled Elements 14 and re-installed still failing the same way
