Trouble downloading graphics in photoshop

We just installed Photoshop 2022 on a new computer and are unable to download the background graphics. It always says server is unavailable, any help?

It could very likely be on the Adobe side.

For several months we had user reports of Adobe Stock not working from inside Photoshop Elements and many came back and reported it just started working out of the blue.

Thank you! I guess we'll keep trying. Just a warning to anyone else out there. Be very careful about the private messages you receive. It may be a scammer!

Try a different browser.

Also check if your firewall or antivirus is blocking it.

That looks like Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022.

What version of Windows are you using?

Seems to work here on Windows 10 x64 with Photoshop Elements 2022.

So I'm using Windows 11 x64. The program is installed, but the problem is in downloading background graphics as shown in my picture, and also Jeff Arola's.
