Trouble installing PSE 2018

I purchased a new computer and tried installing PSE 2018 that I purchased a couple of years ago.  After 50 minutes, the installation froze and asked me to install a disk in the external hard drive.  There is only one disk.  It looks like Adobe doesn't offer an online download of 2018.  Any suggestions?
