Trouble Installing UK Elements 15 on PC in France

paulb63737331  wrote Hi there I have just been contacted by one of my customers in France advising that the Elements 15 DVD will not install on his machine in France. Is this because he has purchased a UK version of the product?  Is there any way round this?  I'm waiting on screen shots and error message details from the customer and can add as son as I get them. The DVD as well as the download installer should work well and provide the choice for the language.

The first thing to check is if the hardware requirements are met; Elements 15 can't run on a 32-bits system.
