try to install Elements 14 and got this message.exit code 34. How can I fix it?

I tried to install my elements 14, but got this message:

FATAL: Payload 'Camera Profiles Installer_9.5_AdobeCameraRawProfile8.0All 9.0.0.65 {50B99984-C2D5-43BF-96E4-55DFCA22980E}' information not found in Media_db.

whats wrong?
