Trying to create contact sheet for a picture mosaic

I am trying to create a contact sheet as seen in this youtube tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iyh3OVZ560A . I know that is normal Adobe Photoshop but how do I get to this tool "Contact Sheet II" in Photoshop Elements? In the video, they went to File>Automate>Contact Sheet II, however, this is not an option in Photoshop Elements.
