Trying to install elements 13 onto a new computer. it is not letting me because it no longer associates the version that was purchase to my account. I have the receipt and serial number but will not let me use it. What do I do????

I go into downloads and select what I needed.  It ask me for a serial number which I provide.  It come back to me as not being associated with the logon id and will not allow me to download the software.   I am doing this because my old computer keeps shutting off and it was very old.  So I got a new computer.  Trying to load all the software and elements is giving me a problem.

If your new computer has the brawnI’d recommend upgrading to PSE 2026. Even better if you held off untilOct when PSE 2027 gets released. There isn’t much you can do about 2013 without the installer.
