Trying to move pin on places on Elements 2019

Hi there,

I'm using windows and Elements 2019. When I try to move the place pin, it only moves the whole screen. I am not able to actually put the pin where it should be as Google has decided where it is. Is there any way to move the pin or am I stuck? I have tried to use ctrl, fn, alt, and the space bar in conjunction to the mouse pad. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,

Can you please verify if you are in the Pinned tab of Paces view? In the Pinned tab you can only view the pins. Please switch to UnPinned tab to assign and move pins. Attaching a screenshot for your reference.

Hi there,

I am in the unpinned view. For some reason it is working perfectly now. I have no idea why, but since it is working, Thanks! I appreciate the quick response and help.
