Trying to restore Catalog in PSE 24

Was [cursing removed] mache ich verkehrt. Bitte um Hilfe!

Are you using Windows or Mac?

How are you trying to restore the catalog?

Show us a screenshot of the restore dialog with the options you are using.

(The default location for restoring a catalog from an Elements backup should be the accessible to all users location. )

A potential problem may be that the user account(s) on your new computer have a different name(s) than the old one.

Hi , I've moved your post to the Photoshop Elements forum where you are more likely to get help with your issue.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
