"Überprüfung der Seriennummer nicht möglich"...
...erscheint bei PSE 2018, obwohl das Produkt mit Seriennummer gespeichert ist. Programm wird nicht geöffnet. Was tun?

The error says that validation of your serial number fails, because of an inactive internet connection.
Although I can see from the screenshot that you have an active internet connection.
Still Could you please check if you are able to open 'www.adobe.com' on your default browser.
just in case if you still face the issue, could you please check your host file, and delete for any entries that is related to Adobe.com
Location for host file: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
