Unable to access Elements Organizer/Editor after update

Good day,

 

After upgrading to macOS Monterey, version12.1, I am unable to access Adobe Elements 10 Organizer & Adobe Elements Editor.

What is the fix??

Upgrade to Elements 2022.  Elements 10 will not work with Monterey.
