Unable to activate the product.

I just purchased the Photoshop Elements 2024 (downloaded from Adobes Homepage) but I am unable to activate the product with the supplied serialnumber. En error message states that I must be connected to the internet -! I am connected! Tried numerous times!

So what do I do now?
