Unable to complete download

Hi everyone. 

I've just brought a new MacBook with Big Sur as the Os and wanted to download Elements onto it. I have signed out of my old Mac and deutherised it. I've been able to use my key code and it started to download the application. It gets as far as a window appears asking do I want to launch the organiser, photo editor of video editor. I have tried each one however it comes up saying the application files are corrupt and to re-install. I have tried this roughly 5 times however nothing has made a difference. I have no other applications, updates running in the background. Can anyone help? Thanks
