Unable to download Error key API invalid

I find i am unable to download Elements 2026 because i get  a messages "Error API key invalid". Currently i am running on Elements 2024 and wish to update . Can any one help

Are you sure that the program is not registered in your Adobe account?  Follow this link to the Products page of your account and scroll to the bottom.  Elements 2025 and 2026 will be listed at the bottom of the page - out of chronological order.  If the program is not listed there, then you may have purchased it with another account identity or email address.  

 

This is a user-to-user forum and we are not in a position to help you with a problem such as this.  You will have to get hold of Adobe Support when they return from the holidays tomorrow.  You can start a chat session by going to the Contact Adobe Support page. Elements 2026 was update from my 2024, i have found my paid invoice for Elements 2026.

On two ocassions i have dealt with Adobe Support, reinstalled etc, etc .

Each time i left the Adobe site  2026 is working well, yet each following day i faced with errors code 24 now i am faced with error code 131.

I am now coming to the conclusion Elements 2026 is not fit for purpose

How did you purchase the program?  The download is associated with the Adobe account through which it was purchased.  Are you perhaps making a typo when logging into the program?  Or are you completely unable to download the program from your account.  Try downloading the program from the free trial link.

If you did not purchase directly from Adobe, you should contact your vendor.

I followed your advise and completed the same procedure I done with all my updates in the past .
To install I get the error

To try to help you with my problem I am now working on a new computer to find Elements 2026 is not installed.
I also find my purchased product is not registered in my account.
Looking deeper going through my old computer to discover I have paid invoice Oct 18 2025 product number 30012537.

Can you please assist
