Unable to download Photoshop Elements 2018 from Apple Mac App Store

I have tried 4 times unsuccessfully to download the Photoshop Elements 2018 software from the Apple Mac App Store.

The download breaks off after many hours around the 2GB mark. Very frustrating.

Sometimes it restarts at the place it left off - sometimes it restarts

at zero. I know i haven't got the fastest Internet service, but

still. I am able to download other programs. Need help.

also no Premiere Elements 2018  or the bundle in the Apple Mac App

Store? No discount - Full price that I paid but can't download.
