Unable to Edit photos Elements 2021

I am unable to edit photos on Elements 2021 Version 19,Its not the only problem i have had,,I had a problem  backing up my photos which i think i have sorted  plus i kept getting a message saying i had insufient ram which is not right but i did move my software to another drive which helped with the error message apearing, i am running windows 10 and i need help!
