Unable to import folder

I can't import a folder at all. I select import folder but all that comes up is to select a file name. Just installed Photo Elements 2025. First use.

In the Get Photos from Files and Folder dialog, select the folder (or multiple folders) and click the Get Media button.

When I follow the instruction above the "Get Media" box is grayed out. Can't select it. Learned on my own that you have to actually select the files in the folder for the Get Media box to be activated.
