Unable to install PSE 2018

I have PSE 13 and paid for an upgrade to 2018; I've been unable to install PSE 2018 on my MAC; have the system requirements, worked with two customer service reps who seem to have no idea why it won't install. I'm very frustrated because after letting them have remote access to my computer, I cannot even use my old software. Any suggestions on what to do next? Can I get a refund?

Hi Bonnie,

I have arranged for a callback for you during your working hours, CCRT 68918 is the callback request.

Hope the issue gets resolved.

Thanks

Rajashree

Your latest suggestion: to remove all Adobe products and files from my computer is THE MOST RIDICULOUS suggestion I have ever heard. My IT department would have a fit. It would take me weeks to have all that software put back on my computer IF I could at all. When I try to email the email gets bounced back saying the mailbox is full. Your customer support is HORRIBLE

See here:

I will bring this to the attention of an Adobe staff member and hopefully they will chime in here.

I understand your frustration.  I've put in a request for an Adobe staff member to look at this thread and try to get you working.
