Unable to launch Elements 2022

Downloaded Photoshop Elements 2022, installed and will not launch the either the Organizer of the Editor. What happens is the message configuring the Organizer or Editor workspace and then it simply ends withough launching the either app.

 

My current system is macOS Catalina 10.15.7

 

Any ideas how to get the app to lunch?

Could you please share a screen recording of the issue, it will help to understand the issue more and suggest some steps to solve the issue.

This happens to all of our users who just upgraded to Elements 2022 running on Windows 10. I posted this as a reference:
