Or you can contact Support by telephone using the numbers listed here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html.  Unfortunately, the Adobe support is only open during normal(?) business hours in Europe.  However, if you are willing, the support representatives can take control of your computer to solve the issue.
