Unable to Launch PSE 2022
After being at my wit's end and not hearing back from Adobe, I contacted Apple. I was told to close my apps, except the browser that had our chat going on, then to do these steps:
1. Open System Profiles
2. Navigate to Users&Groups
3. Unlock so you can change settings
4. Create a new Administrator for your account - NOTE: click the box that indicates new administrator
5. Make the name as close to your other account as you can; remember to write the simple PW on a piece of paper - don't lose it!
6. Click save, relock the prefs
7. Go to the Adobe site and download the latest PSE app on your Adobe account but don't launch the app
8. Reboot your machine and sign in with your account name and PW
9. go to your downloads folder and launch PSE 2022
10. Voila!
I was told my admin prefs might have gotten corrupted. This solution worked for me!
