Unable to launch the program - Photoshop Elements 15

I purchased Photoshop Elements 15 with my computer and it has worked ok up until a few months ago. Now when I launch the program it will open and while I am in it closes down randomly. when I relaunch, it says I have to buy it... Have been on chat hold for over an hour with no help, does anyone know where else I might be able to get help from Adobe? All other Adobe programs running fine, just not Photoshop.
