Unable to open editor in elements 13

I am unable to open editor. Checked Program Files>Adobe>Photoshop Elements 13... NO exe file.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    You are suggested to uninstall Elements 13 from Control Panel and then install it afresh. You can access the installer from here :

    Download Photoshop Elements | 2018, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10  and use the serial key that you already possess.
