Unable to open Photoshop Elements 15 today

Hi,

I`m hoping someone can help me. Today i clicked on the desktop link for PS Elements 15 and it  opened up something i`ve never seen before. Its asking me to log onto Adobe which i did then opens up a new window offering me a 30 day trial or to log on using a redemption code (6 boxes) or to accept an invitation from Adobe (i dont have any email from Adobe) and i also dont have my original redemption code. I purchased  Elements 15 in 2016 from Amazon and can see my purchase on my account.

Why is this happening for the first time and how can i get around it so i can continue to edit my photographs?
