Unable to Purchase of Photosop elements 2020

Problem or erroHi I am using adobe photoshop elements 12.Since I wished to upgrade ,I downloaded trial version of PE 2020 now,3 days are left and I wanted to purchase the product.When I click purchase,I get a pop up telling that,the product is unavailable and asking to to contact a particular number of sales team.Still 3 more days left and why I am unable to upgrade.Help regarding this highely appreciated. You can buy anywhere on-line e.g. Amazon, Costco etc. There is no need to uninstall the trial you simply entre a serial number after purchase. Try the following link to buy directly from Adobe.
