Unable to re-activate PSE 6

Having used PSE 6 for years on a dual licence, in the last few weeks both licences have stopped working and now require re-activating. I have tried activating over the internet only for this to fail, and the phone activation service is no longer available. I cannot access Elements at all. How do I obtain the Authorization code I need to get PSE 6 to work again? The help desk just told me that they are unable to help, and that the forum will provide me with the answer.

I don't use that version, but it MAY have been caught by a server activation problem

-you MUST use the special serial number AND the special installer, not your originals

You MUST use the special version and serial number on the page, not your original disc or serial number

If not, there is nobody in an open forum who can help with an activation issue
