Unable to read Adobe Photoshop Elements 2026 while performing exercises in manual

It looks like Adobe Photoshop Elements 2026 is available in ebook version only.  It is too small to read on the Nook device but I am able to read it on my PC.  Unfortunately, there is no printing capability, and I am not able to read it and perform exercises in PSE at the same time on the same screen on the same computer.  This would be like reading a recipe in a cookbook on the screen and then having to close it while making the cookies.  Isn’t there a manual that can be purchased as paperback?  I have searched and it seems there is no paperback available.  Would I be able to print parts of the tutorials available in the software?

Dual monitors might work for you.

I found some!  You may close this. Shame on Barnes and Noble for not making available the paperbacks but only the ebook versions.

Particularly for software programs I think printed “user manuals” are a thing of the past- they have gone the way of floppy disks.   PSE 2026 is pretty well documented-- The “dummies” people didn’t even bother with making  one of their “manuals” for it.

I really think paper books for software are on the way out-- I think they only exist because people realize they can make money by making a book.

There are  paper books out there, but be cautious when buying them…. I bought a dummies book for pse 2021 years ago- and I haven’t touched it in a couple of years.

A 22” monitor at wal mart in about $75 right now.   On Amazon a 24” monitor is about $80.

Currently I have a 32 monitor (which is pretty gosh darn sweet) and a 24” monitor-- I also have another smaller monitor sitting on a shelf, unused.  My video card can handle 4 monitors, but I'm good with  two.

I do my image editing on one, and in the examples below I have the what’s new stuff open on the second screen.    Anything open in a tab in pse (Layers for example if undocked) you can drag over to the second monitor--- I do a lot of that when I use Photoshop (which I subscribe to) just to keep my work area clean.

The first image is from my 32” monitor.
The second image is what’s on my 24” monitor.

I’m a big fan  of two monitors.
