Unable to register

Hello,
I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 and Premiere Elements 2020 and after installation, my Adobe account shows only Premiere Elements. When trying to register Photoshop Elements, a prompt appears: This serial number is already in use. I do not allow that the product is not original, I bought it at a normal price in a consignment store (package with hologram + 2 installation discs Mac&Win). However, after purchase, the program lay for some time unused, the first registration at the end of December 2021. I did not show the software to anyone or lend it.
What can I do ?

I'll help you figure this out. I've checked your account & I could locate Premiere elements v18.0 in your account.


Direct message me the serial number & a picture of the original box & any other email account you might have used.
