I want to install Adobe Photoshop elements 12 on my new laptop but get the message that the serial number is already in use for a maximum number of computers. However, I deactivated the program on my previous laptop. How can I solve this problem?
You have to contact Adobe Support and ask them to reset the license activation. You can start a chat session by clicking on the blue Contact Us button under the Help & Support menu at Adobe.com. Hours of operation outside of the United States are limited.
