Unable to select Contact Prints II in Elements 15

I have recently purchased Elements 15 for MAC Sierra 10.12.6. When I first used Elements 15 I was able to select "Contact sheet II" and this worked on one occasion.

The advice I received was (Go to Library/Preferences/Plugins/Adobe Contact sheet 11 PSE 12/Elements, THEN delete "Adobe Contact Sheet PSE 12 Prefs").

I did this and the "Contact Sheet II" command worked OK , NOW it has happened again, but now I am unable to find and delete (Adobe Contact Sheet PSE 12 Prefs).

I had the same problem with Elements 11, so in the end purchased the present Version 12 and now the problem has returned. What are Adobe playing at ?

For pse 15 if you go to

(User) Library/Preferences/Adobe/Elements/15.0/Adobe Contact Sheet II

and delete the

Adobe Contact Sheet Prefs

hopefully you should be able to use the Contact Sheet II plugin again.

I have this same problem. Had used the Contact Sheet function once or twice, now I get the error message. The instructions you give are impossible for me to follow. The thread that you suggest does not exist on my computer. I've looked everywhere for this file Adobe Contact Sheet II file and it is absolutely no place to be found. I really don't understand and don't understand why Adobe doesn't offer support to fix this. I just bought this software several months back.

You can see your User Library by clicking on your desktop, clicking on Go then hold down the Option key to see Library.

That's your User Library.

After clicking on the word Library follow the path

~Library/Preferences/Adobe/Elements/15.0/Adobe Contact Sheet II

and delete the

Adobe Contact Sheet Prefs
