unable to send photos to my photo printer

My photoshop elements 14 will only send my photo to my officejet printer and not to my Canon photo printer even after I designate the canon printer. My old version of Photoshop elements 8 works just fine to either printer.

    Hi Jerry,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Please mention, the issue is with editor or organizer and on which OS- MAC or Windows ?

    If you are facing the issue with Organizer/Editor on windows. Please try out the following solution:

    Windows - CTRL-SHIFT-ALT immediately after you double-click the Organizer/Editor button.

    This will resolve your issue. Your feedback is really appreciated.
