Unable to share photos

I have PSE 2018 and was able to share photos via email in Organizer. I am now unable to do so and get "please check your email address and password, then try again." I have tried this 50 times and still get the same results. I realize that I can insert or attach photos in my emails but I liked the Organizer share feature.

    I get the below using PSE 10.  Photo selected, use Share tab, select contact, get this.
