when installing, i get an error message "Please close the following applications to continue" = ElementsSmartTag

looking at processes, i don't see this one running

help??

    I get the same message and have restarted my computer twice now!  What do I do?

    Easier to turn off the automatic feature under the media-analysis preference in the organizer which stops a hidden (stupid?) application that runs even after you quit the Organizer. I encountered the same error and was successful even without a restart.
