Unable to use Photoshop Elements or Premiere Elements 2024 offline

I just purchased Photoshop & Premiere Elements 2024 bundle, and downloaded, installed and registered both from Adobe directly. I am unable to access either program without being online and logging into my new Adobe account. I have a new, ramped Mac Pro. If I'm required to be online to use the software, I'm going to cancel my purchase and get a refund. Please help.

After activation, the Elements programs should stay activated without a problem. There is no reason to require staying online with that, except when you want to deactivate.

I need to use Premiere Elements offline. This is from the Premiere Elements FAQ:

Do I need to be online to use Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements?

You’ll need to be online to do the following:

Install the software (so your license can be validated and activated)
Download specific feature content (but once you download, you’re free to use the software offline)
Use features like social sharing
Deactivate the software to use it on another computer.

What is the "specific feature content" I need to download so the program will work offline? There is not a "special thing" you need to download and install to get the program to work offline.

First thing that comes to mind: Music scores in Premeir elements. You gotta download them before you can use them. 100% of the graphics, found in the graphics tab of the editor in PSE- they will have a little blue triangle in the upper right corner of the thumbnail indicating it need to be downloaded before you can use it. In PSE the very first time you try to use Adobe Camera Raw you are prompted to download it. All those things save time on the intial download of the programs.

There is no place for you to go to "get all the graphics or music."
You need to be online to search Adobe Stock while using PSE 2024.
