Unable to validate serial number Elements 14

Question

I've tried to deactivate software on my old CPU and load Elements onto my new. When I load my software, I get serial number is used by too many computers. I only have used this serial number on two computers.

You need to contact Adobe for a reset. You can initiate a chat session. On this link, scroll down to "Contact Us" and proceed.

When you reach Adobe, make clear to the agent that you do not wish to receive help using the software, just a reset since you have not installed the software on more than two computers, consistent with the license.
