Unable to work with Photoshop Elements 15 - Not enough RAM

Tengo el Adobe Photoshop 15 y trabajo con Windows 10 con 4 gigas de memoria ram. Photoshop me dice que no hay suficiente memoria ram., sin embargo he trabajado con anterioridad sin ningún problema. Tengo noticias de posible incompatibilidad de Windows 10. ¿Qué solución hay?

We are sorry about the issue you are facing with Photoshop Elements 15.

Would you mind checking to see if there are any updates available for Windows 10? Please make sure all available updates for Windows 10 are installed and then check if that helps.

If updating Windows does not help, you can try the steps mentioned in the link below.
