Uninstall Adobe Application Manager using Windows 10 registry

I am running Photoshop Elements 13 on Windows 10. When I open the application, I am invited to update to 13.1. Regardless of whether I do this right away or upon closing the software, the updater runs, but does not install anything. At the end, the Update Complete message list the software updated with no names listed.

I have previously called Adobe support and we tried to use the uninstall tool to remove the Adobe Application Manger and reinstall it. But this did not work. At the end of that discussion, I was told that I would have to remove it manually from the registry. I would like to know which keys to remove from the registry, because I know that editing the registry can be a delicate operation.

Thank you.
