Uninstall Elements 9 on Imac OS 10.14

I downloaded elements 2019 - it is working.

I tried to uninstall Elements 9: - when I select uninstall, an icon flashes on the dock at the bottom of the screen - but nothing else happens.

Shall I just drag Elements 9 to the trash?

As you're trying to uninstall Photoshop Elements 9, could you please try the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and let us know if it helps?

Note: Make sure that you select the correct application to remove.
