Uninstalling PSE 2018

I did a clean install of my Windows 10 computer and decided to download PSE 2018. I downloaded it from the Microsoft store and I'm pretty sure downloading from this store creates problems. For example, I would love to uninstall PSE 2018 and re-install it from the Adobe site. However, although 2018 opens normally, I cannot find where it is on my computer. It doesn't show up under the list of applications when I try to uninstall it through the control panel - it simply isn't there. It isn't in the program files, either. Where or where is it? It's hiding somewhere, and I'd love to find it. Perhaps someone knows and would be willing to tell me. Many thanks.

Just to clarify what I did to successfully uninstall PSE 2018, which I originally downloaded from the MIrcrosoft store: In the Windows 10 start box (the little box in the extreme lower left-hand corner of the screen with the little distorted window on it), I right clicked on PSE 2018 and selected uninstall. This action allowed me to uninstall PSE 2018. I then downloaded PSE 2018 from the Adobe website and, viola, I was able to install all the plugins I needed. So, to summarize, if you need to install plugins, be sure to download PSE from the Adobe site. My thanks to Peru Bob for telling me how to perform this uninstall and re-install. It solved my problem.

Well, even the Cleaner Tool couldn't find PSE 2018, at least on my first shot at it. I'll continue working with it and see what happens.
