unlock key for MPEG2 elements 7

Just loaded elements 7 on my computer and trying to load some files to edit. It says i need to go to an adobe site put in my serial number and get a unlock key, I go to the link and it says error 404, so the pate is not available anymore. So how do I know get a unlock key? Tried contacting adobe online and they do  not service elements 7 anymore and suggested this forum... Any ideas?
