UnNamed Face Stacks Have no Profile Picture and No Access to Photos

I began the process of identifying people in my library of photos and I have several non-small stacks of photos in the UnNamed group that don't have a profile photo. Nor am I able to look at the individual faces or photos in the stack.

Has anyone else encountered this situation?

My catalog has 22141 items. Thumbnailing is complete.

I've had this same issue for some time and just found something in the forum that helped. Most of my unnamed stacks had pictures but there was no choice to add a name. I found the following discussion which fixed that problem. I would recommend backing up your catalogue first before changing anything. So far it has fixed seems to have worked.

Hi Sean,

I would request you please answer few queries for me around your issue.

What is the size of your catalog ( the number of media files in your catalog) ? Check this from lower left corner at status bar

2. Is the thumbnailing in your catalog complete? check if the spinner is rotating in the status bar near the catalog size as shown in above screenshot.

3. Please post the screenshot of the screenshot of problem where you say "Nor am I able to look at the individual faces or photos in the stack"
